One-on-One Support Work
Inclusion Yukon offers one-on-one support work for individuals in our community.
Support work includes individualized assistance with daily living, accessing services, building skills, and participating in community life. Our staff provide support in ways that reflect each individual’s goals and strengths. You’ll often see our team and the folks we support out and about in the community!
Are you looking for one-on-one support?
In order to be matched with one of our support workers, we require a referral from Disability Services (Yukon Government). If you are in need of a support worker, you can contact Disability Services by phone at (867) 393-7464 or in person at 49B Waterfront Place.
