Postering Distribution: Rates & How It Works

Our postering service follows an established route across Whitehorse, helping your message reach a wide range of community spaces.

Distribution Routes

  • Full route: Up to 50 posters (most clients print 40-50 posters for full coverage)

  • Downtown-only route: Recommended 25-30 posters

We place posters thoughtfully and respectfully — we never cover active posters. On rare occasions, this may mean not every location is used, but we’re very good at finding space!

Pricing

  • $1.50 per poster

  • $13 base fuel surcharge

  • $7 additional surcharge for locations “up the hill” (e.g. Porter Creek, Canada Games Centre, Yukon University)

  • Minimum charge: 15 posters (even if fewer than 15 posters are provided)

If you order more than 30 posters, distribution will include “up the hill” locations to ensure full placement.

Custom Distribution Lists

If you have specific locations in mind, we also offer customized distribution. Because these require separate routing and coordination with individual locations, pricing differs:

  • $20 per hour

  • $0.75 per kilometre

Scheduling

Our postering team typically distributes on Thursdays and Fridays. Alternative arrangements may be possible with advance notice — just let us know what you need!
