Peer Mentorship Program 2022

We hope to bring back programming for high school-aged youth to make new friends, practice social skills, and learn from one another in a fun and safe setting in 2023/24.

The Peer Mentorship program was designed to bring neurodivergent and neurotypical teens together to learn from one another and build friendships in a series of one-on-one and small group recreational activities. Neurodivergent and neurotypical peer mentors were be paired with one another and spent time together having lunch together at school, going for walks, playing games, or just hanging out! Peer mentorship participants joined in on monthly group events hosted by Inclusion Yukon.
